Welcome to ROCKET REELS. This Refund & Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds, subscriptions, and digital purchases made through our platform. By using ROCKET REELS, you agree to these terms.
1. No Refund on Digital Purchases
All digital purchases—including daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions, as well as individual series unlocks via coins—are non-refundable once accessed or streamed. This includes accidental purchases, change of mind, or unused access. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before confirming your payment.
2. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
While all sales are final, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances such as:
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
- A technical failure occurred (e.g., coins deducted but the video did not unlock), and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
- The content was unavailable or materially different from what was advertised.
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction to be considered.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, please contact us at support@rocketreels.app with the following details:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. In-App Coin Purchases
Coins purchased within the app are non-refundable once used. However, unused coins will remain in your wallet and do not expire, allowing you to use them for future content unlocks.
5. Subscriptions via App Stores
If your subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, please note: Refunds must be requested directly through the respective app store’s refund process. ROCKET REELS cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
6. Subscription Upgrades & Downgrades
Users upgrading to a higher-tier subscription (e.g., switching from monthly to yearly) may request a downgrade within the first 30 days of purchase. In such cases: Your current plan will be adjusted to the lower-tier subscription. The remaining balance will be added to your ROCKET REELS wallet as non-withdrawable credits. These credits can be used for future purchases (such as coins or content unlocks). Note: Downgrade requests after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be considered.
7. Auto-Renewal Policy
All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your ROCKET REELS account settings or via the Google Play or Apple App Store.
